How I work

The creation of a personalised ceremony is a complex creative process that begins with an initial consultation, during which your requirements are discussed, and your questions and concerns are answered. Once the type of ceremony, duration and fees have been agreed, the co-creation of your ceremony begins. This is usually done via telephone calls and e-mails as necessary, and a rehearsal (if needed), until the ceremony is finalised to your satisfaction. Each ceremony is created individually and lovingly, with great attention to detail to ensure that you get the ceremony you really want. I love working with you to create the ceremony that suits you best and includes all of the elements that are right for you. Nothing is prescribed or formulated – you can be as much or as little involved in the creation of your ceremony as you like.

On the day, I prepare a delightful ceremonial space and brief the participants and guests before performing the ceremony. I also provide you with a beautiful personalised programme for your guests, and can supply other elements, such as hand-crafted marriage vow scrolls, flowers, candles, or specially blended incense. I always provide all the ceremonial tools needed for the occasion.

I am inspired by Nature and work with the elements of Air, Fire, Water, Earth and Spirit. In my ceremonies, I call these energies into the circle together with appropriate God/desses and Spirit Beings. I am happy to invoke particular deities or spirits that you have a special connection with in your ceremony, or alternatively, to keep the ceremony nature-based.

Fees

Fees for creating and performing ceremonies vary and are negotiable. The price depends on the type, complexity and length of the ceremony, on the number of planning meetings, and on the type of materials needed. Additional costs, such as travel expenses, may apply. All fees are always discussed and agreed with you in advance.
